Gotham FC (5-5-3, 18 points) secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Bay Metropolis FC in Harrison, NJ. Geysse and Esther Gonzalez scored the goals for Gotham, while Penelope Hawking netted for Bay Metropolis (4-6-3, 15 points).

Geysse’s goal in the 55th minute proved to be the winner, as she latched onto a long pass from Nealy Martin and lifted a delicate right-footed shot over Bay Metropolis goalkeeper Emmia Allen. North Carolina Courage 2, Houston Dash 1: Courage Capitalize on Red Card

The North Carolina Courage (5-5-3, 18 points) defeated the Houston Dash 2-1 in Cary, NC, thanks to goals from Jadyne Shaw and Hannah Betfort. Avery Patterson scored for the Dash (3-8-2, 11 points), who suffered their third consecutive loss.
