14 days ago, the TSV Laiz Department of Badminton was hosting a student and youth- ranking tournament of the Badminton Badminton Baden-Württemberg- BWBV.
Participants were around 70 children and young people from the BWBV in the district sports hall in Sigmaringen, including 3 from TSV Laiz.
In over 250 games, the children and adolescents fought for the age groups U-11, U-11, U-15, U-17 and U-19 as well as girls and boys.
The Laizer players were able to achieve very good results. Among other things, Levi Magliulo became a good fifth with the young U 17 good fifth, Liselotte Netto also had a considerable fourth place among the girls U 17.
The income of this tournament benefits the youth work of the badminton department.
On the last June – weekends 28.-29. Again the city festival in Sigmaringen, where we will also be represented with a large tent. We also offer beer and wine in our tent for the usual non -alcoholic drinks. On Saturday evening we also have a bar operation, in which delicious cocktails are served. For dinner, we have dumplings with potato salad, sausage salad, lard bread, smoked trout, “new” souls with cheese and bacon. On Sunday morning we offer a white sausage breakfast. We have a rich cake buffet and ice coffee for coffee.
! DANGER ! New stand. Since we have a large construction site in the downtown Sigmaringen this year, you will not find our tent in front of the Landesbank as usual, but directly under the castle in front of the castle garden opposite Schuhhaus Schweizer.

The past badminton season 2024/25 of the active has now also completed and we can look back on numerous exciting games.
Our first team reached a remarkable 6th place in the Landesliga, just like our second team in the Donau district league.
