With the departure of Cooper Kupp during the offseason, Puka Nacua inherited a new role: that of leader of the RAMS recipient group. But this is not the only notable change observed at home since the end of the 2025 season.
“We see that he cuts his races better and that he manages to brake better”
Still young, Nacua is only in his third year in NFL. During the team’s off -season program, the attacking coordinator Mike Lafleur recalled that the recipient was still in full development.
“If we compare his lines in training to those last year, we see that he cuts his races better and that he manages to brake better,” said Lafleur on the Team official website. “He has always had incredible hands, he is one of his elite advantages, in addition to his hardness and his physical dimension, but I find him even more confident today. »»
Despite its climb in grade within the locker room, Nacua is not totally alone. The RAMs indeed recruited Davante Adams during the offseason, thus bringing additional experience and a formidable target to divert the attention of the defenses. A presence that could allow Nacua to transform his confidence found in points on the field.
The former of Byu played 11 games, produced 79 receptions, traveled 990 yards and scored 3 touchdowns in the 2024 season.
