Adam Silver revealed that the NBA asked for help from artificial intelligence to try to come to heads on why so many accidents of this type have occurred. Before the season in question, the record was 4 breaks of the Achilles tendon in a year, while in the 2023-2024 season there were even zero injuries of this type.
