The men’s team will follow a similar long-term strategy, blending local talent with international players scouted thru Racing City Group’s extensive network across Oceania, Europe, and north America. This global scouting network is similar to how MLB teams identify and develop talent from Latin america and Asia.

Monaco United FC has secured the Stade Didier Deschamps, located near AS Monaco’s Stade Louis II, as its training and playing ground. While the stadium is a starting point,the club hopes to eventually outgrow it,signaling their ambition for growth and success.

It is indeed something that I think is lacking here. however, Pagniello remains optimistic, envisioning a future where the women’s team competes for the Champions League title: The first thing is filling this stadium and bringing the Women’s team to a Champions League final.
