Mexico’s Archery Meringue Victory

MORELIA, Mich., June 23, 2025.- The Mexican arc struggle reaped one more success in its already the laureate story, after proclaiming the Merengue Cup champion, held in the Dominican Republic, with five gold medals, two silver, three bronze and 12 seats to Central American Games Santo Domingo 2026.

According to CONADE, the maximum medals were the work of Alejandra Valencia (individual resort), Mariana Bernal (individual female compound), Valencia and Javier Rojas (Mixed Recurvo team), Bernal, Maya Becerra and Adriana Castillo (composite female team), as well as Becerra and Rodrigo González (compound mixed team).

Valentina Vázquez (Individual Women’s Recurvo) and Becerra (individual female compound) went up to the second place of the podium after falling into the grand final against their compatriots.
