This tournament is not just warming up ahead of the official competition, but also a stage of showing off for the best players of supporters.
One of the attractions this year is the presence of the Indonesian League of the All Star Team formed through the Public Voting Mechanism and was officially announced by the organizing committee on Thursday (6/26/2025).
The voting, which was opened since June 20 and closed on June 26 at 12.00 WIB, managed to attract great enthusiasm from fans, with more than 83,000 votes.
As a result, 30 players from 18 League 1 and League 2 clubs were selected to strengthen the All Star team who would compete in Group A against Oxford United (England) and Arema FC.
The opening match brought together the Indonesian League All Star with Oxford United on July 6, 2025 at the Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Jakarta.
This tournament is also a means of evaluation to see the development of local players, as well as being a barometer of readiness ahead of the new season.
