The tricolor crowd present at Casa Laranjeiras celebrated much of Fluminense’s classification for the quarterfinals of the FIFA Club World Cup. About 3,500 people watched Tricolor’s victory against Inter Milan (ITA) at Manoel Schwartz stadium.
In addition to the broadcast of the big screens, the event, which began at 2 pm, featured tattoo studio, kids space and food trucks. Singer Thiago Messer was responsible for shaking the environment with backcountry hits before the start of the match.
With the presence of drums and flags, the fans pushed the team since the beginning of the game and vibrated a lot with Germán Cano’s goal in the early minutes. In the course of the match, the tricolors sang and went crazy when Hercules’s kick sealed the classification for the quarterfinals of the competition.

“It is a unique feeling to be in the cradle of Brazilian football, at the club’s headquarters, this in itself moves. Winning here is even more exciting. It’s as if we were at the stadium, it’s a wonderful climate,” said Tricolor Bernardo Albernaz, 23.
After the final whistle, the fans had a party stuffed with emotion, with hugs, flags and flag parade. To close the event, the group besides normal took the stage and sang pagodas that animated the tricolors.


Fluminense returns to the field next Friday (07/04), at 16h, for the quarterfinals dispute. Tricolor will face the winner of the confrontation between Manchester City, England, and Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia.
