Eagles Midfielder to Anderlecht: €1.5m Deal

HLN are reporting that Anderlecht are set to sign Go Ahead Eagles midfielder Enric Llansana for just €1.5m. The former Ajax man, who is valued far higher than that, has a clause in his contract that means he can leave for the small amount. Fellow Brussels side and last seasons Pro League champions Union St Gilloise were also said to be interested in Llansana, but Anderlecht have persuaded the player to join them.

Llansana was part of the Go Ahead Eagles side that shocked Dutch football with their KNVB cup win last season. He provides cover in a position that Anderlecht have prioritised this summer. The 24-year-old midfielder joined the Eagles back in the summer of 2022 after coming through the Ajax academy. The former Netherlands U19 prospect never made a first team appearance for the Ajax senior side. Llansana has become a regular starter for the Eagles over the past two seasons, with 2024/2025 being his best campaign with the club. In 39 games he scored four goals and grabbed five assists.
