This year’s Künzeller community cup started with two draws. Despite scorching heat, a good 180 spectators found themselves on the site of host SV Engelhelms. The game was traditionally played for 30 minutes over two halves.
In the opening game, the two middle circular league team TSV Pilgerzell and FSG Dipperz/Diroslos faced each other. Both sides started with new trainers. At Pilgerzell, Dennis Fischer played on the “six”, Timo Hasenauer, coached at Dipperz/dirlos. Pilgerzell did not manage to defend a two -time tour. Goals: 0: 1 Louis Schröter (12th), 1: 1 Lukas Hohmann (29th), 1: 2 Oliver Bröcker (30th), 2: 2 Niklas Bleuel (38.).
The first game of group B between host Edelzell/Engelhelms and TSV Bachrain also ended. Both goals fell very early. Goals: 0: 1 Fitzum Yemane (8th), 1: 1 Maximilian Przybilla (10th).
