Badminton Front Court: Advanced Training Drills

{Play}

On June 7th, Thomas, Niklas and Laura, we made the 8-hour badminton workshop on the subject of the front field. Two association league players trained us, from whom we were able to learn a lot of new things. We started with the different step techniques up to impact techniques and timing. After the coaches made the techniques to us, we went to practice. We were corrected by the coaches and got more tips. In the final double game, we were only able to implement the techniques they have learned very limited (after all, we were in the field for over 7 hours), but we will contribute the techniques they have learned into our weekly game.

It was super exhausting (we also had something of it for the next 2 days), but above all it was very instructive and we had a lot of fun.
