A 50-year-old woman from Stockholm, Sweden, turned a modest $15 wager into a staggering $2.5 million (approximately 25 million SEK) in a recent V75 harness racing event.
Her “Harry Boy” ticket – a system-generated selection similar to a “Quick Pick” in U.S. lotteries – was the only one to correctly pick all seven winners.

The life-altering phone call came shortly after 7 PM on Saturday. Hans G Lindskog, the winning ambassador for the gaming company ATG, delivered the news that she had won 25 million SEK on V75. The woman initially dismissed it as a prank.

“He asked me to sit down and we would go through the coupon. When he picked up which horses won, maybe it realy is still I started thinking. I had a palpitations, it pumped and I felt knee -weak.”

While her ticket was hitting the jackpot, the winner was busy with a far more down-to-earth activity: gardening. I planted flowers, tomatoes and cucumber and stuff. I didn’t see the race and had no idea that something was going on.

“I was home myself and when I finally realized that I won I called my best friend but she didn’t believe me. Then I sent a photo proof but she barely understood anyway. But I took an Uber,went and picked her up and then we celebrated with another friend in town. It was a fantastic evening.”

The enormity of the win has taken a physical toll. It’s so unreal, became almost nauseous. I probably haven’t taken it. It’s totally crazy. The dream of winning has been there, but you do not think it will happen, and not these sums. What do you even do with so much money? she pondered.
