- 3:30 PM: “All Blinds Tasting,” a unique experience rediscovering wine through alternative senses, accompanied by David Riondino and the Rome All Blinds baseball team. This team, born in Bologna in 1994, is now globally recognized for its benefits to the blind community.
- 4:30 PM: “Radici,” a interesting discussion with Tatjana Butul, a peasant and expert cook, exploring the flavors and aromas of berries, roots, and spices from Slovenia to Sri Lanka, accompanied by Capitoline distillers.
