Chongwan: The financial crisis of 2008, along with rising labor costs and uncertainties in the mainland Chinese market, fostered the return of Taiwanese businesses like mine. Taiwan’s infrastructure and skilled labor force, in turn, provide a more predictable and reliable surroundings for growth, regardless if we are referring to a sports team or a company.
Interviewer: The US-China trade war has undoubtedly impacted global supply chains. How did you navigate those challenging geopolitical waters?
Chongwan: The trade war, and the shifting relationship between the US and China, considerably impacted global supply chains.Chuangjian Information embraced a diverse approach,strengthening our presence in Europe,the US,and Japan. To use the baseball analogy: just like a accomplished team requires adaptability and adjustments, a company in this situation needs a similar level of adaptability to succeed. We must be ready to adjust rapidly to unforeseen circumstances.
