Free Self-Defense Course for Women Launches in Imperia
A groundbreaking initiative, a collaboration between the state police and Ok Club of Imperia, offers a free, introductory self-defense course specifically designed for women. This innovative program leverages a unique synthetic method, the M.G.A. (Global Self-Defense Method), developed by the Italian Federation of Judo, Karate, and Martial Arts (Fijlkam). The course promises a practical, complete approach to personal safety.
A Holistic Approach to Self-Defense
The M.G.A. method, adaptable for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists, provides a robust framework for personal defense. This dynamic system can be applied in various scenarios, from everyday situations to potential confrontations.
