Sato, who recently announced her retirement, will share her personal experiences with menstrual challenges during her athletic career.
Joining her will be Sunaga Mikako, a professor at Nippon Sport science University, and MC Ito Hanae, a former member of the Japanese swimming team. Together, thay will delve into the unique conditioning challenges faced by women athletes, offering practical advice and solutions.
Part 2: Eating and Weight Management
The second segment, “Eating and Weight Management,” will spotlight Tsunoda Natsumi, the judo gold medalist from the Paris olympics. Tsunoda will discuss her dietary strategies, particularly focusing on the rigorous weight management required for her sport.Accompanying her will be Hashimoto Reiko, a registered dietitian and certified sports nutritionist, who will provide expert insights into nutrition and diet for female athletes.
