the team boasts a structure described as “unique in catalonia” by President Sergi Güell. This structure encompasses over fifty riders, including the thirteen who will compete in the National category this season. The team aims to replicate last year’s success, the best in its history, and hopes to transition to Continental competition in the near future.

The team’s aspirations extend beyond simply matching last year’s achievements. To reach even more ambitious goals in the short and medium term, the team emphasizes the need for significantly increased financial support in the coming years. Laura Rodríguez, a key member of the team, articulates the team’s aspirations. “For years, it wasn’t common to see women racers, except for a few pioneering clubs,” she states. “Baix Ter was one of those, and we’ve continued to grow. Exceptional athletes have emerged from our ranks, but they’ve often had to leave to pursue professional careers. We hope that won’t be the case for future generations. We’ll give it our all, striving for visibility. However, to truly advance, we need support from sponsors and institutions. This will allow us to pursue our dreams and make a living from cycling.”

The team’s helm is now shared by Àngel González and Pius Dòniga, an Osona native. Dòniga’s appointment marks a fresh start for the team’s sporting direction,replacing Toni Miguel.
