Summer Camps at Ecolint:

Our Summer Camps​ offer a unique possibility for children to engage in enriching activities, develop new skills, and make lasting friendships. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and educational experience for all participants.

Judo Coach Responsibilities:

As a Judo Coach, you will ⁤play a vital role in creating‌ a memorable⁣ and rewarding camp experience for young athletes. Your ‍responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with ⁣the Camp Director and ​coaching ⁤staff to design and deliver a ‌week-long​ Judo ‌program that ‍is ​both educational and​ enjoyable.
Leading engaging ⁣training sessions that focus on developing various Judo techniques while ensuring a⁤ fun and supportive learning environment.
Implementing comprehensive warm-up and stretching routines to prevent‍ injuries and promote ⁤physical well-being. Supervising a group of up ‌to⁢ 16⁣ children aged 7-13, providing attentive care and guidance throughout the camp week. This includes overseeing‍ arrivals and departures,mealtimes,structured free time activities,and the core Judo ‍program.
Ensuring the safety,⁣ well-being, and pastoral care of the children ‍under your supervision, working ⁤closely with the assistant coach and other camp staff (Camp Coordinator, Camp Nurse).

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with children and young people, ideally in a school or holiday camp setting.
A​ warm, approachable, and caring personality ‌with a genuine passion for working with children.
In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for Judo, ⁤with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes of varying skill​ levels. Recognized qualifications in related fields, such as the Youth and Sports Swiss Diploma, French BAPAAT or BPJEPS,⁣ and⁣ a ⁢First Aid Swiss‍ Diploma.
A valid work permit and fluency in French or English, with a good working knowledge of the other ‌language.
