Last week,I mentioned that it wouldn’t be a shock if Travis Kelce made a significant impact in the playoffs, even after a somewhat underwhelming regular season. True to form, Kelce delivered, hauling in seven receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown, playing a pivotal role in keeping Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ flawless AFC divisional round record intact. Following the 23-14 victory, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid didn’t mince words when praising his star tight end.
“He’s the greatest tight end to ever play the game,” Reid stated emphatically.
Kelce’s performance solidified his place in the conversation, especially after surpassing Chiefs legend Tony Gonzalez for the most touchdown receptions in franchise history.
Now, here’s a challenge for you: kelce recently etched his name into NFL history by surpassing Jerry rice for the most 100-yard receiving games in postseason play. Can you name every player who has achieved at least four 100-yard receiving games in the NFL Playoffs?
