Get Moving and Get Creative

Fitness enthusiasts can look ​forward to resuming gymnastics sessions on Wednesdays, starting January 8th, from 9:30 ‌a.m. to 11:00 a.m.in the judo room.

For those who prefer a more leisurely pace,the ⁢weekly‍ walking group meets⁣ every Thursday at 2:30 p.m. by the canal ⁤(weather permitting). ‍Remember ‍to register‌ with Maïté Jérôme at 06 62 44 61 47⁢ to ensure a smooth experience for ‌everyone.

Calling⁣ all budding florists! Adult floral‍ art ‌workshops will be held on Tuesday,‍ January 14th at 2:30 p.m. in the Laurier room. Children can ‌join the fun on ‌wednesday, January 15th simultaneously ⁤occurring in the annex room.⁢ Registration is required⁢ for both workshops ‌before January‌ 8th.
