Ljubljana: It’s tough, ⁢for⁤ sure. Every athlete dreams of standing on that podium,‌ and coming ‍so close can ⁢be heartbreaking.⁤ I try to learn from each experience, analyze​ what ⁤went wrong, ‍and refocus my energy on the next goal. resilience is key in​ this sport.

I understand nerves have been something you’ve‍ been⁣ working on, especially since returning to⁤ judo after your⁣ break.

Ljubljana: Absolutely.That three-year hiatus was a‍ time for introspection and growth, but ‌stepping back onto the‍ mat brought back those pre-competition jitters. I’m actively working on mental training techniques to manage them better, because ultimately, I know I have‌ the physical ​skills to succeed.
