Flora: It’s all about pacing and staying focused. It’s a long race, so you can’t burn yourself out early. I try to find a rhythm and ⁢stick to it, conserving energy for a strong finish. ⁣Mentally,I stay positive and visualize myself⁤ crossing that finish line.
