Last Saturday, the TCB courts buzzed with excitement as the 15-18 year old boys faced off against Gruissan in a high-stakes match for a spot in the Aude 2025 interclub final. Despite the scorching sun, a lively crowd gathered on the clubhouse terrace, shielding themselves with hats and cheering enthusiastically. Gruissan emerged victorious with a decisive 3-0 win, securing both singles matches and the doubles.The doubles team of Janin Maleville and Tim Roux fell short with scores of 2/6 and 4/6, while Maleville struggled in his singles match, losing 0/6.Roux put up a fight but ultimately succumbed with scores of 3/6 and 1/6. The event concluded on a sweet note with the conventional king cake, courtesy of TCB.We extend our best wishes to the Gruissan team as they advance to the final, where they’ll compete against either Narbonne Saint-Georges2 or Chalabre.
