It teaches you discipline, respect, both for yourself and your opponent, and the importance of continuous learning and advancement.Those values have been instrumental in my success, not just on the mat but in all aspects of my life.

sarah Jones: Judo is demanding, there’s there’s no doubt whatsoever about it. Physically, it requires strength, agility, and stamina. But the mental aspect is just as crucial.You need focus, determination, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
There are moments when your body is screaming at you to quit, but your mind has to push you further.
Judo taught me to embrace discomfort, to see challenges as opportunities for growth, and to never give up on myself.
