The kid’s got that ‘it’ factor.He’s a difference-maker, the kind of receiver who electrifies the offense. I see a lot of myself in him – that fire, that hunger to win. He just keeps making plays!”

Steve Smith Sr.: “Look,it’s always a team game,right? Quarterbacks get a lot of the glory,receivers get touchdowns,but it takes everyone. St. Brown is good enough to elevate any quarterback’s game. He creates separation, he finds the ball. at the end of the day, a quarterback’s job is to get him the ball, and St. Brown takes care of the rest. The Lions need to build around him – protect their quarterback and give St.Brown the chance to shine. He can lead this team, trust me.”

Steve Smith Sr.: “This is what it’s all about, playoff battles! Vikings-Lions, it’s gonna be a physical, hard-fought game. Diggs and Jefferson are risky, but St. Brown can match that firepower. This game will be decided on who can execute under pressure. It’s gonna be a dogfight!”

Steve Smith Sr.: “It’s a tough pill to swallow for San francisco. They were right there, you know. Losing Jimmy G hurt, and McDaniel’s not the same play-caller Shanahan is. Look, it builds character. If this 49ers team uses this loss to fuel them, they can bounce back. They’re a talented team with a strong core. They’ll be a force to be reckoned with next season, you can bet on that.”
