These programs need to carefully consider the long-term implications and make sure they’re setting their programs up for sustained success.
[Moderator]: Delaware State hasn’t had a winning season as 2012.Can Jackson be the catalyst to turn things around?
[Coach Neuheisel]: They certainly hope so. He brings instant credibility and could attract top recruits who might not have considered Delaware State before. he’ll need to build a winning culture and instill discipline in the program.
