Selected trainees will actively contribute to the daily operations of our esteemed institution. Tasks will encompass a variety of areas,⁣ including:

Visitor Support: Engaging with diverse visitors, including school groups, primarily within our library.
event Assistance: Providing support for a range of museum events.
Summer Project Involvement: ‌ Contributing​ to exciting‍ projects taking place⁢ during the summer months.

Program Details

Timeline: July to August 2025 ⁢(with a guidance​ session in June)
Duration: Approximately 6 days
Hours: 10:00‍ AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour break, extending to 6:00 PM ⁤on days with professional baseball games at the Tokyo⁤ Dome)

Please note that working hours may be subject to change ⁤based on the museum’s⁢ schedule.

Application Process

Interested ⁣candidates are invited to submit the following documents by Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 4:00 PM:

  2. Statement of Purpose: A 600-800 character essay outlining your reasons for wanting to participate in the training program.

Certification and evaluation

Upon ‌prosperous ⁣completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of training from the Baseball ⁣Hall of Fame and museum. Please note that the program does not include a formal⁤ grade evaluation.

Program Fee

A training fee of 10,000 yen will be collected on the first day of training (guidance day).

Insurance

Trainees are responsible for securing their own accident and liability insurance coverage for the duration‍ of the program. The museum is not liable for any accidents that may occur during training or commuting.
