Departmental Ju-Jitsu Training Course Unites Three Clubs for Technique Development

A departmental ju-jitsu training course took place Monday January 29 in the evening at the dojo of the Jean-Jaurès complex. This course, which takes place every year, brought together 18 participants and three clubs, the SLO judo Bettancourt, the Judo-club Marnaval and the Judo-club Chamouilley.

The emphasis was on atemis (punches and kicks). In a friendly atmosphere, participants were able to perfect their techniques and exchange ideas in a spirit of collaboration and mutual learning. “This course was a great opportunity for jujitsu practitioners to meet and deepen their passion for this martial art,” commented Cyril Frêche, president of SLO judo.

The next departmental ju-jitsu course will be held next Monday March 4 in Joinville.
