L’AQUILA – The event promoted by the ASD Jujitsu Academy, dedicated to Giulia Cecchettin and to all women victims of violence.
Under the guidance of the instructors Giampaolo Petrollini, Luigi Latino e Moses Lamolinarablack belts and experts in Judo, Jujitsu and MGA Global Self-Defense Method, numerous women participated in the meeting.
Society, families and all institutions are called to an active commitment in promoting cultural change, a commitment that should go beyond the simple condemnation of acts of violence; It is in this context that the ASD Jujitsu Academy has placed itself in providing a contribution to the defense against violence against women. During the meeting, in fact, some elementary but effective techniques were tested by the participants to maintain safety and defend themselves from an attack with joint locks and projections.
Particularly interesting and appropriate was the speech by Moses Lamolinara who also holds the prestigious role of member of the MGA National Commission as well as that of Vice President of the Judo sector of FiJLKAM Abruzzo.

Finally, the Chief Commissioner of the State Police of the L’Aquila Police Headquarters, Dr. Pieremidio Bianchiwhich illustrated the current legislation, the tools and the role of the police in the prevention and repression of episodes of violence.
Satisfaction and compliments for the initiative were expressed by the President of the FiJLKAM Abruzzo Regional Committee, Emilio Ermano.
In reiterating that the primary duty as society and educators in sport is to adopt a firm position against the dynamics of possession, jealousy and violence, and actively work for a safer and more respectful future for all, the Jujitsu Academy remains available for any type of collaboration.
