Opposed to Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods in the 7th edition of The Match, the annual charity exhibition competition, the fearsome duo Justin Thomas / Jordan Spieth left their opponents no chance.
After equalizing the birdie of Tiger Woods at hole n°1, Justin Thomas et Jordan Spieth quickly broke away from the score. 3 up after 4 holes, the two inseparable finally imposed themselves 3&2 under the spotlights of this night edition at hole n°10 of the Pelican Golf Club.

Each player had his own cart and was equipped with an HF microphone, which gave rise to tasty exchanges against the background of small valves. Rory and Tiger tried to remind their cadets that between them they accumulated 796 weeks at the top of the world hierarchy (683 weeks for Tiger, 113 for Rory) against 31 (26 for Spieth and 5 for JT).

This sympathetic confrontation also made it possible to see Tiger Woods at work again 5 months after his last tournament appearance in St Andrews pour The Open.
The Tiger, who had to forfeit last week for the tournament he is hosting in the Bahamas due to foot pain, made excellent faceoffs with a ball speed approaching 180 MpH, or 290 km/h. But his gait remained hesitant and he would certainly not have been able to play without a golf cart.

But this Saturday in Florida, there was not much to resist the star doublet of the American team of Ryder Cup and of Presidents Cupliterally unleashed!
Two ridiculous approaches from the pine straw to all but seal a win ????
