Trailing by 9 points at the start of money time, JL Bourg managed to win 85 to 84 in Nanterre on an exceptional buzzer beater from James Palmer Jr.
After the magnificent basket on the buzzer by Dominic Artis to give victory to Cholet against Fos Provence on Tuesday, another All-Star did the same this Saturday at the start of the evening for JL Bourg in Nanterre (84-85). Exceptional in money time, James Palmer Jr. netted the game-winning shot with just 1.2 seconds remaining after Justin Bibbins restored the home side’s lead.

A power outage to start the evening
Locals who can blame themselves after having squandered a 9-point lead in the money time (80-71). But the Bressans, exceptional this season in their ability to win close matches, recovered by relying on their All-Star winger, who scored a first tap 2 minutes from the end (80-73) before registering 4 points in a row to give the advantage to his team 21 seconds from the end. But the meeting, started after a total power failure in the Palais des Sports Maurice Thorez, did not stop on this fact of the game. He is still the man of the match (26 points at 10/15 to shots and 5 rebounds in 26 minutes) who blew the Nantes lead with his heroic shot.
