French defender Thierno Balde has officially signed his first professional contract with Paris Saint-Germain, the club confirmed.
Balde started his career at Limeil Brevannes, Val-de-Marne club, from 2008 to 2010, before joining Sénart Moissy from 2010 to 2016.
He was eventually captured by the Paris Saint-Germain youth academy and has now been awarded a professional contract.
The 18-year-old made four appearances for the club’s under-19 team in the UEFA Youth League and also participated in the Gambardella Cup, where the team scored a 5-1 victory over Lyon in the round of 16.
