Lyon President Jean-Michel Aulas spoke about the future of Moussa Dembele between transfer links with Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United.
The 23-year-old moved to Lyon from Celtic in 2018 for £ 19.7 million and has since acted for the French team, beating 15 league goals last season and scoring eleven times in 19 Ligue 1 games during this period.
This form has led to much speculation about the future of ex France under 21 in his homeland.
Chelsea had been closely linked to Dembele after their transfer ban had been lifted, although interest is said to have eased recently.

According to Sky Sports, Chelsea had an offer of around £ 34 million rejected by Lyon.
Arsenal and Spurs have also been linked, while United has reportedly sent scouts to look forward to Ligue 1 this season.

Dembele has already mentioned his desire to remain calm and that he has now been taken over by the club.
Lyon president Aulas told RMC: “We haven’t changed our minds. We have already cleared up this issue in August. Moussa is an excellent player. A player we need. We are taking explicit measures in our recruitment not to bring someone to whom will compete for its position.
“It’s not a question of money. Moussa will be with us.”
