The men’s judo team of Spvgg Besigheim opened their Bezirksliga campaign on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026, in Heubach with a 2:4 match record, securing one victory and suffering two defeats over three team encounters. Competing at the opening matchday, the Besigheim squad opened their schedule with a 2:3 loss against neighboring rivals JC Bietigheim 2 before rebounding to defeat TSB Schwäbisch Gmünd 4:1. In their third and final fixture of the day, Spvgg Besigheim dropped a 4:1 decision to JZ Heubach 2.
