Three-Phase Ticketing and Seat Selection Calendar

The transition plan begins in the autumn of 2026 and concludes with administrative formalization ahead of the 2027–28 campaign. According to Valencia CF, the initial phase will take place online from October 14 to October 30, 2026, functioning exclusively for digital group creation. During this window, supporters can organize themselves into clusters alongside family members, friends, or supporters’ groups (“peñas”) to secure contiguous seating in subsequent steps.

The second phase moves to an in-person format running from November 17, 2026, through late May 2027. Members will select their physical locations inside the Sala 1923 at the existing Mestalla stadium.

Cardinal Orientation and Four-Tier Grader Structure

Adopting international standards for elite sporting venues, the Nou Mestalla abandons traditional naming conventions in favor of a cardinal orientation system to help visitors find their way. The West lateral faces the Dama Ibérica sculpture along Avenida de les Corts Valencianes, while the East lateral stands adjacent to the Benicalap neighborhood on Calle Nicasio Benlloch. The North end points toward the Palau de Congresos on Calle Bernardo Españeta, and the South end faces Nuevo Centro along Calle Amics del Corpus.

The seating bowl follows a symmetric, concentric design divided into four main vertical tiers with sector numbering mapped to hundreds. The lower tier (Grada Baja) covers sectors 100 through 141 at field level. In the East lateral, a street-level elevation difference requires supporters to ascend via exterior stairs or ramps from the semi-basement, or enter directly via a 360-degree perimeter pedestrian walkway wrapping around the West side. The middle tier (Grada Media) encompasses sectors 200 to 258, providing a balance between pitch proximity and panoramic views.

Sandwiched between the middle and upper tiers sits a dedicated hospitality level consisting of three exclusive rows designed to accommodate approximately 6,500 patrons across various premium service tiers. Above this hospitality ring sits the upper tier (Grada Alta) spanning sectors 300 to 352, followed by the top tier (Grada Superior) running from sectors 400 to 452 beneath the stadium’s expansive roof canopy.

Specialized Areas and Accessibility Enhancements

The Nou Mestalla incorporates designated zones for specialized fan groups and visiting delegations. The home supporters’ cheering section (“grada de animación”) occupies sectors 116 to 119 in the North stand, providing a capacity of 2,235 spectators. Meanwhile, visiting team allocations are set at 853 seats for domestic league matches, with the capacity expandable up to 3,495 seats for UEFA tournament fixtures.

Accessibility infrastructure sees a substantial expansion compared to the current venue. While the historic Mestalla accommodates roughly 40 spaces for individuals with reduced mobility, the Nou Mestalla features 137 adapted spaces distributed throughout various sectors. The vast majority of these spots are positioned on the back row of the lower tier alongside adjacent seating for companions.

Internal Circulation and Vertical Access Towers

To manage spectator flow, the club has engineered segregated circulation routes based on seating tiers. Entry points for the lower and middle tiers sit at street level along the outer perimeter. Access to the upper and superior tiers relies on a network of twelve vertical communication towers designed to distribute crowds efficiently to the higher elevations of the stadium.
