The club announced that ticket counters remained closed on Friday to process the initial figures. Attention now shifts immediately to seat management before the general public gains access to the remaining inventory at the PalaBigi arena.
Seat Changes Scheduled at PalaBigi
Current ticket holders seeking a new view inside the arena will have a single dedicated window to modify their seating arrangements. According to club announcements, Saturday marks the official seat-change day for supporters who have already renewed their passes for the upcoming season.
The reconfiguration comes with strict administrative boundaries. Fans can request a shift to a different available seat inside the PalaBigi only if they maintain the exact same subscription formula, sector, and price category they originally purchased. No upgrades or cross-tier lateral moves are permitted during this window.
The operational logistics for Saturday’s seat adjustments are split between two distinct locations in Reggio Emilia:
- StoRE (Piazza Prampolini): Open with continuous hours from 10:00 to 19:00 local time.
- Club Headquarters (Via Martiri della Bettola, 47): Open during morning hours only, running from 10:00 to 13:00 local time.
Supporters must bring a valid identity document alongside their existing season pass—either in physical card format or via digital display—to complete the transfer.
