Training sessions are distributed throughout the week to support both recreational archers and specialized groups. According to organizers, the weekly schedule is structured as follows:

• Tuesdays: 18:30 to 20:00 (open to participants aged 8 and older)
• Tuesday special sessions: 18:00 to 19:00 (dedicated training for eight individuals from the local ESAT)
• Wednesdays: 14:00 to 15:30 (beginner sessions) and 15:30 to 17:00 (advanced and confirmed archers)
• Fridays: 18:30 to 20:00 (general training)

Facility usage shifts depending on weather conditions and the time of year. During the winter months, practices take place indoors at the Salle Auguste-Hamel, situated near the Stade Lecacheux. When favorable weather arrives, training moves outdoors to the adjacent open-air archery terrain.

Trial Sessions and Community Access

To encourage local participation and foster grassroots interest in the sport, club officials announced that prospective members are welcome to complete two trial sessions before committing to annual registration.
