Malaysia U-16 forward Lim You captured the tournament’s Golden Boot by finishing as the most prolific goalscorer with eight goals. Alleana Ayu Arumi Recognized as Best Goalkeeper

Despite missing out on the championship trophy, the host nation’s Garuda Pertiwi squad collected two major accolades during the closing ceremony. Goalkeeper Alleana Ayu Arumi received the Best Goalkeeper award for her defensive reliability and shot-stopping performances throughout the competition.

Prior to the title match, Malaysia U-16 secured third place in the tournament standings with a dominant 4-0 victory over Jordan.

The final itself saw Garuda Pertiwi push forward in search of an equalizer in front of home supporters after falling behind to Kawinthida’s first-half strike. Indonesia continued to press through the second half, while Thailand nearly doubled their lead when Kawinthida curled an effort from a corner kick that was ultimately disallowed by referee Axel Febrian Sinaga.
