Scandone Avellino is proud to announce that the city will host an exclusive stage of the NBA Basketball School – Player Clinic Tour, an absolutely prestigious event which sees the
Scandone is among the very few local entities involved in this international project. An important recognition that confirms the role of the green and white club as a point of reference
for the growth of youth basketball in the area.
The event will be held on Sunday 22 March 2026 at the S.MS Gym. “F. Tedesco” of Avellino and will offer young enthusiasts a technical and training experience of the highest level, based on
methodologies and principles inspired by NBA basketball.
There are two 90-minute training sessions, divided into age groups: – ROOKIE (born between 2013 and 2018): 10:00 – 11:30
– ALL-STAR (born from 2009 to 2012): 12:00 – 13:30.
The initiative is open to all young basketball players and represents a rare opportunity to train in an international context, breathing in a climate of sport, sharing and technical and educational growth.
Scandone Avellino invites athletes and families to take advantage of this special occasion, certain that events of this level will contribute to further enhancing the local basketball movement and
transmit to kids the most authentic values of sport: passion, commitment and team spirit.
