Two days after the entry into contention of the XV of France, kickoff of the 2026 Six Nations Tournament for the XV of the Rose, which hosts Wales this Saturday at Twickenham (London). Outgoing vice-champions, beaten to the post by Fabien Galthié’s Blues in 2025, the English will be expected a year and a half before the World Cup in Australia (October 1-November 13, 2027).
This classic of British rugby will bring back terrible memories for the Welsh, swept aside 14-68 by Steve Borthwick’s men on the final day of the 2025 edition. The latter will want to win to start the Tournament in the best possible way, which they have not won since 2020.
