Cross-country skier Kitija Auziņa is one of the most smiling and positive athletes in the Latvian Olympic delegation.
“Feelings are calmer than four years ago, because one can guess what to expect, more confidence. I am happy to go to enjoy the event. In Beijing, it was also difficult because of the time of covid, restrictions, there was no such atmosphere of the games. This time, already with the team presentation event, it was pleasant,” Kitija Auziņa, for whom this will be the second Olympic Games, described her feelings to “Latvijas Avīze”.
