Giresun continues to host the future stars of basketball.
U14 Men’s 6th Regional Championship, which is included in the 2025-2026 season activity calendar of the Turkish Basketball Federation, continues at the 19 Eylül Sports Hall. The first day program ended after competitive matches.
First Matches Played
In the opening match of the U14 Men’s 6th Regional Championship, Kerasusspor started the tournament with a victory by beating Ordu Yurdum Team 50-36 at 19 Eylül Sports Hall.
Our other team, Yavuz College, which appeared in the tournament, ended the day with a different victory by beating Palandöken Belediye 85-29.
In the other match, Ardeşen Municipality and Artvin Special Administration faced each other. Artvin Special Administration won this match 31-22.
In the last match of the day, Private Cumhuriyet College defeated Turhal Genç team 85 – 37.
Excitement Will Last Until Saturday
The championship, which will witness the competition of young giants in the hoops, will continue until Saturday, February 7. In the organization, which is expected to attract great interest from Giresun Basketball fans, the teams will shed all their sweat on the field in order to advance to the next round.
