Cotignola celebrates a new tricolor title thanks to Riccardo Bruno, young archery talent and athlete of the Arcieri Muzio Attendolo Sforza company (Masf). The eighteen-year-old won the Junior national title at the 39th Italian Indoor Para Archery Championshipsplayed on the weekend of 24 and 25 January in Lamezia Terme, in the province of Catanzaro.
A hard-fought and emotional race: Bruno had closed the first qualifying phase in second place, with a four-point gap from the first place. In the decisive stages, however, the archer from Cotignola was able to maintain high concentration and show great determination, overturning the rankings and winning the title with a three-point advantage over his direct pursuer.
The success was also enhanced by the achievement of a personal record: 554 points out of 600, a result that certifies the athlete’s constant growth and which represents a source of pride not only for him, but also for the entire Masf company of Cotignola, from teammates to managers.
Riccardo Bruno began his competitive activity with the Masf company in 2025 and in the same year he already had the opportunity to wear the jersey of the Paralympic national team, participating in the European Para Youth Games in Istanbul, where he obtained an excellent fifth place overall. In recent months he has improved his personal best four times, reaching the consecration with the Italian Indoor title
