Shortly before the end of the game between the Phoenix Suns and the Brooklyn Nets, there were tumultuous scenes in the NBA. In the Suns’ 106:102 win, the situation got out of hand a good minute before the final siren: several players from both teams got into a violent scuffle.
The trigger was a scene 1:23 minutes before the end: Dillon Brooks had given Phoenix a 104:102 lead with two free throws, and a little later Royce O’Neale captured the ball for the Suns. A scramble then broke out in the zone after Brooks tried to take the ball out of Ziaire Williams’ hands after the whistle. Egor Demin reacted promptly and pushed Brooks – the spark ignited.

Within seconds, numerous players were standing close together, pushing and gesticulating. The coaching staffs of both teams stormed onto the field while the referees tried to de-escalate the confusing situation.
Ultimately, the referees handed out several technical fouls: Egor Demin, Terance Mann from the Nets and Michael Porter Jr. were penalized by the Nets, while Grayson Allen and O’Neale were penalized by the Suns.

But the turmoil didn’t change the outcome of the game. Phoenix maintained a narrow lead over time.
Mark Williams was the Suns’ best scorer with 27 points, while Brooks contributed 26 points. Porter Jr. stood out for Brooklyn, scoring a personal season-best 36 points.
In terms of sport, however, the situation remains tense for the Nets. The last six games were all lost, and in the last 16 games there were only two wins.
In the Eastern Conference, Brooklyn is only in 13th place. Phoenix, on the other hand, maintains seventh place in the West.
