Brian Daboll, who led the New York Giants, became an offensive coordinator again on Tuesday, this time with the Tennessee Titans.
The new head coach of the Titans is Robert Saleh.
He piloted the Jets when Daboll was at the helm of the Giants.
Aged 50, Daboll was 20-40-1 with the Giants.
They fired him on November 10, when the club had a 2-8 record.
Daboll led New York to the playoffs in his first season, in 2022, but the Giants have gone 11-33 since that time.
On Monday, he had a second interview for the Las Vegas Raiders head coaching job. Daboll,
Daboll coordinated the offense for the Cleveland Browns (2009-2010), Miami Dolphins (2011), Kansas City Chiefs (2012) and Buffalo Bills (2018-2021).
He held the same position at the University of Alabama in 2017.
The Titans signed Saleh last week to turn around a club that went 3-14 in each of the last two seasons.
Saleh was San Francisco’s defensive coordinator in 2025. He was the head coach of the New York Jets from 2021 to 2024, going 20-36.
