The Basketball Tournament, held within the framework of Amateur Sports Week activities under the coordination of Niğde Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate, witnessed sports-filled days in the city. A total of 96 athletes sweated on the court in the organization where eight teams competed.
While the matches played throughout the tournament attracted attention from the audience, the sportsmanlike competitions attracted attention. At the end of the competitions, Niğde Basketball SK took the first place, Niğde Bar Association took the second place and the Nursing Home took the third place. Legends of Niğde was among the teams that ranked in the tournament.
The tournament, organized with the aim of popularizing amateur sports and strengthening sports culture in Niğde, witnessed colorful scenes with the performances of the athletes. At the end of the tournament, trophies and medals were presented to the winning teams, and all teams and athletes participating in the organization were congratulated for their contributions.
