Thanks to an assist from Ibrahim Maza, Leverkusen ended a series of three consecutive defeats, winning against Bremen.
The young Algerian midfielder, who evolves as a real playmaker, had another superb match with a masterful vision of the game, timely passes and valuable defensive returns.
After a first combination missed by Polu, Maza ideally found in the area and with a touch of the ball, his right side Lucas Vasquez for the only goal of the match scored by the former Real Madrid player in the 37th minute of play.
Just before halftime, Maza finds the right post of the Werder goalkeeper, with a beautiful curling shot (45th + 1′). Thereafter he came out in the 72nd minute, with a final shot that went just over.
