Lale Gül would like to leave RTL Tonight and return to the table at Today Inside, Johan Derksen reveals. One problem: she is still under contract for six months. “Back with hanging legs.”
RTL Tonight has a lot of guests exclusively associated with it. Where we still see someone like Albert Verlinde every now and then, even though that could be the case overacting cannot hide the fact that he is not having a good time, most of the guests are waiting for their turn for ages. We hardly ever see Astrid Holleeder, Ahmed Aboutaleb and Lale Gül anymore.

Lale would like to return to Today Inside, Johan Derksen reveals in the program. The subject comes up when Wouter de Winther indicates that he comes to the table at VI more often, so not only on Eva-less Fridays. “I will come by more often next year.”
Host Wilfred Genee: “That has been agreed with Eva?”
Wouter: “Well, that doesn’t have to be agreed with Eva. I already agreed with you last season.”

Johan then reveals: “I have good news, because Lale Gül actually came with the same message yesterday. He also wants to join us here again.”

Johan talks his mouth off. “I don’t know what the intention is, but I heard something that she would like to come back with her legs hanging down.”

Johan: “It’s not fun there, no. I’ve never heard anyone who liked it there, only Albert pretends to like it.”

René: “Yes, it is all so exaggerated. I watch for half an hour every day, yes.”
Johan: “I’ll watch it when I get home in the evening. Otherwise you have no right to grumble, right?”

After the commercial, Wilfred comes back to it. “When will Lale Gül actually return?”
Johan, who apparently received a text message from Lale: “Well, Lale Gül still has a contract with RTL for six months. I don’t think she said it like that, but I sensed that she was not happy there.”
Wilfred: “Well, that’s a shame.”
Johan: “She then also said: ‘Then I will come back to you on hanging legs.’ She is very welcome here, because I think she is a very brave girl.”
