Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was the best-selling game in December in the United Statesconquering first position in the ranking and reconfirming what has now become a tradition that has been going on for seven years for the Activision series.
In second and third place we find respectively NBA 2K26 e Battlefield 6which have changed compared to November data, while the top five is completed by Madden NFL 26 and EA Sports FC 26, which maintain their position.

The Pokémon Legends ranking is completed by: ZA, sixth, followed by new entry Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and then from Minecraft, Donkey Kong Bananza (which rises from fourteenth position) and Ghost of Yotei.
Great success for Nintendo Switch 2
As reported in the last few hours, Nintendo Switch 2 drove the US market in December and throughout 2025, establishing itself as the best-selling console of the year that has just endedboth in terms of units and turnover.
That’s not all: the Japanese hybrid console has also been the fastest selling platform in historyor at least since the surveys have existed: a very notable result for a system certainly destined to do great things.
