The Greek Cup 1982-1983 it was the 8th edition of the men’s basketball Greek Cup.
The 14 teams of the 1982-1983 National A come into play only in phase C while the teams of the 1982-1983 National B come into play in phase B.
The first phase was organized by local associations and involved hundreds of groups.
Esperos Vyzantiou, Melitefs Thessalonikis, Nestōr Thessalonikis and Olympia Larisas admitted directly to the next turn.
